Lara Worthington confirms birth of second baby

Lara Worthington and husband Sam welcome their second child into the world and it’s a beautiful baby boy!

Just two weeks after reportedly giving birth to the healthy baby in New York, the blonde babe has graced the cover of Marie Claire’s December issue looking absolutely flawless.

And while the golden couple are yet to reveal their son’s name, a source tells the mag they're "focused on enjoying this special time together, and settling into a new routine."

The Aussie model spoke to the publication prior to giving birth and told them her and Sam couldn't contain their excitement that they would be giving 18-month-old Rocket Zot a baby bro.

“I’m excited about giving Rocket a sibling. Sam has a sister and I have a brother, so creating that same sense of family is special and I know they’ll have lots of fun together, especially being so close in age,” the 29-year-old said.

The mother-of-two revealed this pregnancy was a lot easier than the first but is worried that having to look after two children while running her beauty line, The Base by Lara Bingle, will be too much to handle.

“Some days I’m overwhelmed thinking, ‘How am I going to do it all?’ Running a business with two babies under two is not going to be easy. But I’ve learnt to step back, breathe and prioritise.”

Lara is lucky however to have a handy man like actor Sam around to help her through.

“Sam and I will share the routines with our newborn so that Rocket still gets one-on-one time with both of us. We’re a little team,” she told the mag.

“Sam has a really strong bond with Rocket; they’re like two peas in a pod.”

We can only imagine that when their second son grows up - Lara will need to keep a watchful eye on the three boys!
