Chris Hemsworth’s wife showed off her impressive fitness routine on Madrid-based chat show El Hormiguero, and we are completely in awe of her butt-toning squats!

The super-fit Spanish actress – who has India, four, and two-year-old twins Tristan and Sasha with the Aussie hunk – also performed a series of stomach crunches while holding a large weight.

During her workout on the show with host Pablo Motos, the conversation turned to the shock win of Donald Trump in the US presidential race this week.

“In America, it is clear that there is the 'American dream', and [it seems] anyone can become President without having any idea about politics,” the 40-year-old blonde beauty weighed in, before later opening up about her life at home.

“My kids are like termites,” she joked. “They destroy everything.”

Last month, Elsa and Chris, 33, had to shut down rumours that their marriage was on the rocks because they were living separate lives.

"They've decided they need space," the source allegedly told Woman’s Day.

It was claimed that Elsa had jetted off to her home in Spain with their kids at the same time Chris had secured filming for Thor: Ragnarok in the Gold Coast near their Byron Bay home.

Taking to Instagram at the time, Chris posted a hilarious snap of them sitting next to each other on a boat, with the Thor actor looking out to sea.
