Photo of Taylor Swift’s alleged sexual assault has been leaked

A photograph Taylor Swift wanted to use as evidence against a former DJ for allegedly sexually assaulting her has been leaked.

The photo was published by TMZ and is reportedly a key piece of evidence in her alleged sexual assault lawsuit.

The image, taken in 2013, shows the singer standing between former radio DJ David Mueller and another woman. David’s right arm is positioned behind Taylor’s back, but his hand is not visible in the image.

Last year David filed a lawsuit against Taylor, claiming he was fired from a country radio station after being kicked out of a Taylor Swift meet-and-greet when her security team made the allegations against him.

Taylor counter-sued the ex-DJ and stated in the deposition that he “reached up under my skirt and grabbed my ass right when I was having to pose for a photo”.

In October, a judge granted the Grammy-Award winning singer the right to seal one of the photographs in evidence from the public until the case went to trial.

Taylor described the moment the photograph was taken in a videotaped deposition.

"Right as the moment came for us to pose for the photo, he took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my ass cheek and no matter how much I scooted over, it was still there," she said. "It was completely intentional, I've never been so sure of anything in my life."

She added: “I remember being frantic, distressed, feeling violated in a way I had never experienced before.

“A meet-and-greet is supposed to be a situation where you’re thanking people for coming. You’re supposed to be welcoming people into your home, which is the arena for that day, and for someone to violate that hospitality in that way, I was completely stunned.”
