Iggy's confession: 'I haven't met many gentlemen'

Iggy Azalea split with ex fiancé Nick Young back in June after discovering he had cheated on her.

And now it looks like the 26-year-old Australian rapper may have taken a dig at her ex in a new interview.

Speaking to Studio 10 at the GQ Man Of The Year Awards earlier this week, the Fancy singer dropped a bombshell when asked what qualities she believes make a man a gentleman.

“What is the definition of a gentleman as far as you’re concerned?” host Angelia Bishop asked the X Factor Australia judge.

“A gentleman? I don’t know, I haven’t met many,” Iggy responded.

“Unfortunately there aren’t many in my generation.

“But I think it’s just somebody who’s always considerate of everybody around them.”

“ So it’s a lost art, a lost art being a gentleman,” Ange promted Iggy, to which she responded, “I think so”.

And not missing the opportunity to perhaps take another swipe at Nick, Iggy reiterated: “I don’t meet many gentlemen anymore”.

The musician, who turned heads on the night in a plunging pant suit, won the Woman Of The Year award on the night.

But it’s safe to say that the past 12 months haven’t been all smooth sailing for the star, who announced her split from her fiancé in June this year.

She took to Twitter soon after to share some new revelations with her fans.

"I have never even been told by Nick that his baby mother is pregnant," she wrote of the rumours then swirling that Young's ex and mother to his 4-year-old son, Nick Jr., was expecting his second child.

She went on the clarify that their breakup was centered around the NBA star's alleged infidelity.

"I broke up with Nick because I found out he had brought other women into our home while I was away and caught them on the security footage," she added.

"This is just like a second shot to the chest. I feel like I don't even know who the hell it is I've been loving all this time," she wrote, adding, "People in this world really are f**ked up."
