Andrew felt a lot of feelings when Emma won
They spit in October 2015 but were reunited yesterday at the 2017 Oscars and fans just couldn't get their head around the fact Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield were no longer.
The Spiderman co-stars were both nominated for Best Actress and Best Actor, with Emma taking out the acclaimed award for her character Mia in La La Land and Andrew’s Hacksaw Ridge role just missing out to winner Casey Affleck in Manchester by the Sea.
As the redheaded beauty took to the Dolby Theatre stage in Los Angeles adorned in her intricately beaded gold Givenchy gown, the emotions flowed from Andrew, who was filmed in the audience tearing up.
The heart-warming look on Andrew’s face as she accepted the award was all fans needed to further fuel speculation Andrew still has deep, deep feelings for Emma.

Later that evening, the stars shared an intimate moment where Emma walked over to Andrew and his father sitting by his side, and gave him a hug.
They also both attended the Vanity Fair Oscars After Party.
Earlier this year, Andrew gave Emma a standing ovation at the Golden Globes when she won Best Actress in a Musical for La La Land.

It’s clear where the former couple’s fans stand on Twitter.
“Ugh kiss him already,” one user demanded.
“Plzz get back u too (sic),” another commented, complete with numerous crying emojis.

“I cannot,” someone wrote, speaking about Andrew’s emotion-filled reaction, “can they please get back together."
“He's so proud of her,” another noted.
Andrew told Vanity Fair‘s Little Gold Men podcast earlier this year: "I'm constantly inspired by her work... by how she handles and holds herself. So for me, it's been bliss to be able to watch her success and watch her bloom into the actress that she is. And it's also been wonderful to have that kind of support for each other. It's nothing but a beautiful thing."
Queue the tears!
The lovebirds dated on-and-off after meeting in 2012 and while reports claim their breakup had nothing to do with falling out of love and everything to do with their differing work schedules, Emma has been very stern about never wanting to speak about the break-up.
Speaking to WSJ Magazine for their 2015 July/August issue, Emma bluntly answered a question related to rumours why she and Andrew split.

"See, I never talk about this stuff for this exact reason—because it's all so speculative and baseless. Once you start responding—once you're like, 'No, that's not true'—then they're like, 'Well, if we push enough, we'll get a comment, so let's see what else we can make up.' I understand the interest in it completely, because I've had it, too. But it's so special to me that it never feels good to talk about, so I just continually don't talk about it.
There's probably some rebelliousness that comes out in me after all these stories and people texting you for weeks about something that, for the most part, is not true. But even when it's false, I would rather just let it be false."
Despite this, Emma did admit to Vogue last year Andrew is “someone I still love very much.”
