How Elsa got her killer bod
Her hubby is legit one of the most babin’ blokes in all of Australia. No, strike that… in the world.
But his gorgeous wife Elsa Pataky gives the ripped Adonis a run for his money with her stunning figure.
And it won’t come as a shock to learn she didn’t get that bod from bingeing on Happy Meals and Netflix.
In fact, the 40-year-old actress, who has three kids with husband Chris Hemsworth, eats clean and trains hard, shredding any extra weight with juice cleanses and HIIT training.
Previously dishing on her go-to recipes, she revealed she mixes "an apple, a carrot, some celery with the green leaves, a lemon without the peel.”
“Once it's done, you add a few teaspoons of olive oil. Super good," she added to OK! Magazine.
Elsa, who released her own fitness book two years ago, is also a fan of a varied exercise routine, that includes yoga, surfing, boxing, circuit training and HIIT sessions.
Sharing more of her fitness secrets, the mother-of-three's PT Fernando Sartorius told the magazine that when training Elsa, he gets her to visualise which muscle she’s using to get the best results.
The Spanish beauty lives in Byron Bay with Chris, their daughter, India, four, and twin sons Sasha and Tristan, two.
And with such a beautiful backdrop for her workouts, it’s no wonder she loves sharing her fitspo.

Else showed off her impressive fitness routine on Madrid-based chat show El Hormiguero, and we are completely in awe of her butt-toning squats!
The super-fit star performed a series of stomach crunches while holding a large weight.
