She may have suffered complications while delivering both her children, North and Saint, but now Kim Kardashian has now revealed that she is trying for baby number three.

The 36-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star made the startling admission in a promo video for next week’s episode of the hit reality show.

Kim, who already has two kids with Kanye West, said she wants her three-year-old daughter, North West and her one-year-old son, Saint West, to have more siblings to play with.

"I'm going to try to have one more baby," Kim said to her sisters, Kourtney and Khloe and her mom, Kris, in a clip from an upcoming episode of the show.

While Kim seemed delighted with her choice, her mother and sisters looked away, unable to hide their obvious fears for the star, who had preeclampsia during her pregnancy with North and placenta accreta, while in labour with Saint.

“I want my kids to have siblings but the doctors don’t feel like it’s safe for me,” she continued.

The clip then cuts to her ‘momager’ Kris, who says: “I don’t want you to do something that would put you in danger.”

Kim hasn’t been shy about sharing the complications she had with her previous pregnancies and took to her website in 2015 to write about her labour fears.

"Last pregnancy, I had a condition called preeclampsia, which is a serious condition you can get during pregnancy," she wrote.

"It causes your body and face to swell, and that was very uncomfortable for me.

“I had early-onset preeclampsia and I had to deliver at 34 weeks, almost six weeks early."

Kim went on to graphically describe the issues she had while giving birth to North.

"My placenta stayed attached inside my uterus, which is a condition called placenta accreta," Kim said.

"This is a high-risk condition that happens when the placenta grows too deeply into the uterine wall."

"My doctor had to stick his entire arm in me and detach the placenta with his hand, scraping it away from my uterus with his fingernail.

"My mom was crying; she had never seen anything like this before.

"They say that this is what some women died from as a result of childbirth back in the day, without proper care.

And while she was worried she might never conceive again, the reality star welcomed Saint West into the world in December 2015.

However his arrival wasn’t without its own complications with Kim revealing that she from placenta accreta, where the placenta attaches itself to the wall of the uterus.

Saint was also in a breach condition and Kim had to undergo a painful procedure to turn him around.

Reports claimed after that labour that Kim was considering having her uterus removed but it seems that she has had a major change of mind.
