She's dealt with a "life of stress" in recent years and now Roxy Jacenko has opened up about how she manages her work/life balance.
While admitting she's "addicted" to work, the 36-year-old said overhauling her lifestyle helped her achieve the perfect balance and handle the stress of being a working single mum after husband Oliver Curtis was sentenced to two years jail last June.
"Look I have changed my lifestyle dramatically now. I still work as hard as I always did. I go to the gym all the time. I drink green juices very very healthy. I try and minimize my aggravation. I don’t want a life of aggro and I really did have that and I did buy into that. Now I look away from it," Roxy told Nova's Fitzy and Wippa on Wednesday morning.
The Sweaty Betty PR founder added that while her line of work brings its stresses, it helps to be organised and choose carefully what you invest your energy into.
“I think you have to be smart about the way you organise your day. What you choose to buy into. I could get into a fluster about a million things a day but I choose not to. I step back and be realistic. Yes stuff is going to go wrong in every business it does. But it can’t be something that eats away at you.”
Roxy also once again addressed the consist rumours surrounding the state of her marriage to Oliver, telling the breakfast radio duo that she's "still a wife" when pressed on whether she was still married or not.
The mother-of-two also took a swipe at Olympic swimmer Stephanie Rice, showing that the pair's feud, which started while they were both appearing on Celebrity Apprentice in 2013, is still going strong.
When asked if she had been tuning into the catty antics of the Real Housewives of Sydney, Roxy admitted she had been watching but didn't get why the housewives cast "have to be so mean".
"You’d be perfect on it!” Fitzy suggested.
“Yeah I’d probably be ruthless. Is Stephanie Rice available?” Roxy replied, taking a dig at her reality TV rival who she once described as one of the "rudest and laziest" people she had ever met.

Adding that she had been approached for the series herself two years ago, Roxy revealed it will be unlikely we'll ever see her on the series because she doesn't consider herself a "housewife".
“Yes in the first season before they did," she continued.
"Maybe two years ago they asked. But it was the time I had just done Celebrity Apprentice. And I think if I did that my mum would disown me just quietly. And anyway I am not a housewife, I go to work every day. I work.”
