WATCH: Rob Kardashian sparks suicide fears after Snapchat meltdown

It was back in December when Rob Kardashian made headlines for sharing a string of intensely emotional Snapchat videos reacting to baby mama Blac Chyna leaving with their daughter.

And now the latest promotional clip for Keeping Up With The Kardashians reveals exactly what happened behind-the-scenes, with eight policers officers having arrived at his home after suicide concerns were raised.

In the clip, Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner's beau at the time, Corey Gamble, visit Rob after being alerted to the Snapchat videos.

'Rob started Snapchatting his thoughts and his feelings, and that’s really not like him,' 36-year-old Kim recalls in the video.

Rob reveals to his sister and Corey that police officers had already visited him, but he doesn't seem to be as concerned as everyone else is about him.

"That’s crazy, the police just came — like eight of them, or whatever,' he says.

"Do I look drunk in the video or something? I don’t even drink."

"People that don’t know you are going to get the idea that you were suicidal," Corey then tells Rob.

In a piece-to-camera, Kim reveals she hasn't always been the biggest fan of Rob and Chyna's relationship.

"I’ve always felt like that them as a couple just isn’t that healthy, and I think they know that too," the mother-of-two says.

"Rob can be really irrational and he just has to learn to really take responsibility for himself and not blame it on Chyna. This just all has to stop.

"It’s so clear what this relationship is... They’re just not meant to be with each other."

Last December, just a week out from Christmas, Rob revealed his baby mama Blac had left him and taken their daughter Dream with her, Chyna hit back saying she was "done" with him.

"I'M DONE!" Chyna wrote on her new Instagram. "This entire year I have done nothing but help Rob! It's so SAD & PATHETIC how low he'd stoop to cover up HIS PERSONAL ISSUES!"

"I have done nothing but help and loved him from the beginning!

"Rob asked for all of this! Rob begged me to have Dream! He stressed me out my ENTIRE PREGNANCY!!! Accusing me of cheating, going crazy on me with massive text blast daily! being an absolute lunatic and then cover it up with gifts! I was verbally abused every other day. I was still there with nothing but high hopes for us!

"[I]PUT MY PRIDE ASIDE & I GAVE UP MY HOUSE TO MOVE INTO KYLIE'S HOUSE WITH HIM TO BE WITH A MAN!! We weren't together in that house two whole weeks before he starting calling me all types of b*****s & hoes! AND I NEVER NOT ONCE CHEATED ON ROB! EVER!(sic)"

Rob shared a string videos showing empty rooms in his house, which he had decorated for his newborn and Chyna’s son with Tyga, King.

In a Snapchat video, Rob said: “So, I get home, and Chyna took the baby, took the whole nursery we built, and Chyna took everything that we built for the nursery for baby Dream, and she left and she just left me alone and took the baby.

“My baby girl is 1 month old and Chyna took her and left this beautiful home that I just bought for us,” Kardashian said.

“This is a woman I fought my entire family for. I was in love with this woman to the fullest and I was none of that to her.”

The star then posted memes about his situation, comparing himself to Maculay Culkin in Home Alone when he finds himself alone at Christmas.

Rob and Chyna are known for their volatile relationship, but Rob went on to say he didn’t think his fiancé would go this far.

“I have never been this heartbroken in my life,” he wrote on a post on his social media.

“I don’t mind being so open or if anyone thinks I’m being weak but I don’t play when it comes to Family and Chyna was my Family and thought we were getting married (sic).”

This came after Chyna’s Instagram was allegedly hacked, and string of messages between her and her lawyer, friend, Treasure, Jaden Smith and rapper Young Thug were leaked.

But Chyna claimed the messages were fake: “Hey you guys. My page was hacked.”

In series of screen grabs of the text message, Rob is referred to as "fat, lazy and insecure."
