Elsa Pataky has revealed the rather unusual twist when it comes to her and husband Chris Hemsworth's life in the bedroom.
Speaking to Husskie, the 40-year-old Spanish star reveals she keeps a pet snake in the room, but it's not used for what you may think.
Revealing she loves the laidback lifestyle and is a fan of nature, she tells the website: "I’ve always been like that. People who know me are like 'You are your own person', and it’s true. I don’t mind the wild, people are like 'You have a snake in your bedroom!' And I’m like, 'I know! I love it!' It’s so exciting".
Elsa and Chris are unquestionably one of the sexiest couples in Hollywood, but she also says the pair are not actually that genetically blessed.
In another Australian interview, Elsa says she certainly doesn't wake up looking picture perfect, and neither does her 33-year-old husband.
"How do you and Chris do it and still look so good?" Today Extra's David Campbell asks the mother-of-three, to which she responds, "We don't, we don't... makeup is like a miracle".
"In the mornings we don't look like that and for sure not at night, because when you go to sleep you're really tired after a lot of work," she adds.
"It's amazing. It's all worth it but it's crazy, as you know."
The actress' interviews come as she continue her promotional circuit for L'Oreal.
Meanwhile the Spanish-born actress recently told People magazine that her husband and three children, India Rose, 4, and three-year-old twin boys Tristan and Sasha, adore living in Byron Bay on NSW's north coast.
“We love it. We live there now and it’s a long trip, but I think it’s a different life for our kids that we decided is the best for them,” the 40-year-old Fate Of The Furious star told the publication.
Chris was born in Melbourne and played Kim Hyde in Home and Away before setting his sights on the brights lights of Hollywood.
He met Elsa in 2010 and they married in December the same year.
