Brad's kids 'finally forgive him'

Since announcing their separation in September last year, things have been frosty between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie – and their six kids are caught in the middle.

Eldest sons Maddox, 15, and Pax, 13, are reportedly the most affected by their parents’ split, which came after a heated argument which allegedly occurred on a private plane between the two boys and Brad.

But the star, 53, has made progress with his sons after seven months of turmoil.

A source told In Touch that in early April, “Maddox and Pax had an overnight visit with their father…along with their younger siblings.”

The publication claims that the breakthrough occurred after “months of therapy [and] a lengthy child services investigation” into the plane incident.

According to the outlet, the couple’s younger four kids – Zahara, 12, Shiloh, 10, and Knox and Vivienne, 8 – have stayed over at their dad’s place previously, but the April 2 visit marks the first time Maddox and Pax have joined them.

Ange, 41, reportedly sent the kids to her ex’s place with two nannies.

“Initially, Brad was resisting having them there, but Angie insisted it was being recommended by the therapists, so he agreed,” the source revealed.

The family enjoyed a “chaotic” family dinner, which Brad “truly enjoyed”.

“It was a very long time in the making, and something that Brad wasn’t certain would happen,” an insider told OK of the visit, with the publication reporting that Maddox hugged his dad when he arrived.

“Maddox has actually moved on from what happened on the jet. He’s just a typical brooding teenager,” the source told the magazine. “Pax has…held onto a lot of residual anger. But he’s getting past it.”

The insider added: “Maddox and Pax have both forgiven him.”
