Roxy says 'no comment' about 'kissing' pics

Roxy Jacenko has declined to comment to Be after pictures surfaced of her and her ex-boyfriend Nabil Gazal hugging and kissing at a party held at his luxury apartment.

The Daily Mail published pics of the pair next to a window of the property, taken after they and others returned from a dinner at Bar Machiavelli in Sydney's Rushcutters Bay.

The friendly exes, who split in 2010 after a "serious relationship", have been seen together several times since Roxy's husband Olivier Curtis was jailed for insider trading last June.

The PR guru's hubby is due to be released from prison in eight weeks, and during his sentence Roxy has been forced to defend her marriage after being spotted without her wedding ring.

During an interview with The Morning Show last month, the star discussed rumours surrounding her marriage.

“There’s commotion, but there’ll always be commotion in my life. It’s the way its always been,” she told the show’s hosts Larry Emdur and Kylie Gillies.

“Yes, he’s in jail, but it is what it is. I just keep going,” she continued. “I don’t know who goes to the gym with their jewellery on."

“I’m still married. No marriage is ever perfect,” she added. “Mine’s challenged because of the situation that we’re in, but Ollie’s a wonderful father and I’ve got my rings on. I just don’t wear them to the gym. But all is fine.”

Speaking at her In Conversation With Roxy Jacenko event at The Westin Sydney last Friday, the 36-year-old told an audience of hundreds: "'My business took a hit last year and that was off the back of all the drama surrounding me with my husband’s sentencing and my cancer".

"I wasn’t present, I mean I was there physically, but I wasn’t present. It could have gone bad," she added.

The businesswoman revealed some clients were hesitant to work with her, fearing she wouldn't be focused on the task ahead as she had several serious personal matters to deal with.
