RHOS Lisa Oldfield threatens split with husband

She's one of the most controversial real housewives of Sydney, and now the ex-politician turn reality star had tongues wagging after posting a meme insinuating that she's to split from her husband.

The publicity-hungry star posted a meme which said, "Divorce- to finally get rid of that a**hole," along with the caption "Kicking this mother**er to the curb." She added the hashtags: "#byedave #byefelciia."

But this morning speaking on the Kyle & Jackie O Show, she backtracked from the announcement, blaming her "second bottle of Bollinger" for the post.

The radio duo then asked her, "Were you pulling a Jackie O and regretting all your life decisions?."

The 41-year-old joked, "Maybe-Yeah well this is what I've discovered Jackie, if you put sh** up there, you get free sh**".

She continued, "I figured if I put it out there that David and I are getting divorced, I’ll get a free divorce lawyer".

The mother-of-two went on to say that during dinner last night her husband David asked, "What would you like for Mother's Day?" in which she responded, "A divorce, but he said he wasn't expecting to pay that much."

Lisa admitted that her husband is a "pain in the a**," and that it was a "joke at the time".

"Some of the messages of support have been lovely including one saying you’re a really great person if David Oldfield wants to leave you."

Meanwhile the marriage of Lisa and David Oldfield has been made public while there dirty laundry and marriage struggles were broadcast on episode's of The Real Housewives Of Sydney.

One episode saw Lisa speaking to a marriage counsellor and admitted she tells her husband she wishes he were dead, even throwing things at him during domestic disputes.

Another episode saw the couple in dire straits as they attempted to mend their marriage while having couples therapy.

With Lisa putting a strong emphasis on the importance of making it work for their children.

"It can't be good for the children, they see us fighting all the time." she told her shrink.

Sobbing the reality star continued, "It's a real sense of loss, I really want to salvage my relationship. My children deserve a mum and dad that love each other."

However despite Lisa's Instagram post her husband took to his Twitter two days prior implying that he's still married after a fan asked if he was still together with Lisa and said, "Indeed- it's a struggle but still married and still working on it- I have 2 little sons, so I try my hardest."
