Bindi Irwin denies Terri and Russell romance
It looks like Terri Irwin and Russell Crowe fans can't count on a wedding any time soon, as Terri's daughter Bindi has ruled out the idea of them even dating.
The 18-year-old daughter of late Crocodile Hunter star Steve denies her mum and the Gladiator star are romantically involved, telling E!'s Daily Pop: "You know we do love Russell, but mum and Russell aren't actually in love!"
"My dad is still very much my mum’s soulmate and I think no matter what, mum always says that they’ll always be married," she continues.
"To her, mum and dad, they’re always going to be together so in this life and the next they're a couple, a team.
Still speaking highly of actor Russell, Bindi says in the interview: "Russell is a wonderful wildlife warrior.
"He was a dear friend of dad’s and now a dear friend of ours. He feels like family to us but mum and Russell, just friends!"
Bindi's comments come after reports emerged claiming Terri and Russell would be making their public debut at the annual Steve Irwin Gala Dinner in LA this month.
“This has been a long time coming. They’ve been close friends for years and it’s finally come to this,” an insider recently told New Idea.

The pair have been friends for well over a decade, with Russell and the late Steve having also been mates before the Crocodile Hunter star's tragic death back in 2006.
