Jennifer Lawrence has hit back and refused to apologise after footage emerged of the star pole dancing during a night out earlier this week.

In the clip, originally published by RadarOnline, the 26-year-old is seen stumbling and dancing on stage at the Beverly Hills Club in Vienna, Austria in late April.

She attempts to spin around the pole and is later seen in what appears to be a bra, grinding on a male club patron.

While the actress' 46-year-old director boyfriend Darren Aronofsky was reportedly absent for the antics, witnesses told the outlet J.Law arrived at the establishment with "three men, a woman and a bodyguard".

"Jennifer seemed drunk, crawling on all fours around the stage... she was wild, but seemed to be having an amazing time until her attempt at an elegant routine on the stripper pole ended with her crashing to the floor, and crying in pain!" the source told RadarOnline.

However the Passengers star has hit back at the footage leak in a statement posted on Facebook, saying she has no regrets about her night of dirty dancing.

"Look, nobody wants to be reminded that they tried to dance on a stripper pole by the internet. It was one of my best friend's birthdays and I dropped my paranoia guard for one second to have fun. I'm not going to apologize, I had a BLAST that night," Jen wrote in the post.

"Ps that's not a bra it's an Alexander Wang top and I'm not gonna lie, I think my dancings pretty good. Even with no core strength. --Jen," she added cheekily at the end.

This isn't the first time Jennifer has been the victim of a leak, with the actress a victim of a nude photo hack in 2014, where several personal photos were stolen from her iCloud account, an act she labelled "disgusting".

“It is not a scandal. It is a sex crime,” she told Vanity Fair at the time.

“It is a sexual violation. It’s disgusting. The law needs to be changed, and we need to change … It’s so beyond me. I just can’t imagine being that detached from humanity. I can’t imagine being that thoughtless and careless and so empty inside.”
