WATCH: Kit Harington met Ed Sheeran with his pants down

His Game of Thrones character Jon Snow is a pretty serious chap, but in real life Kit Harington loves a funny anecdote as much as the next guy.

While appearing on The Late Late Show alongside guest Nicole Kidman, Kit recalled how he first encountered “good mate” Ed Sheeran. Watch the hilarious video above!

Host James Corden kicked things off by asking how the the actor met the singer – with Kit, 30, admitting that it was “odd”.

“I was in the men’s urinal taking a p**s, and you know sometimes a guy comes up next to you and sort of does a double take while you’re taking a p**s?” he asks, with Nicole laughing and shaking her head in response.

“Then he looks back forward, and then he looks at your todger and then he looks back at you and asks, ‘Are you Jon Snow?’” Kit continues.

“Well, that was Ed Sheeran.”

He says he almost told the stranger to “p**s off” before he realised who it was. The star goes on to reveal that despite the strange introduction, the two are great friends now.

In fact, Ed even filmed a cameo for the upcoming series of Game of Thrones!
