WATCH: Naomi Watts' steamy lesbian kiss

Naomi Watts is bound to set hearts racing in her new TV show, Gypsy, with the actress sharing a steamy kiss with a female co-star in the Netflix drama.

From the director of Fifty Shades Of Grey, the program's new trailer shows 48-year-old Naomi locking lips with Sophie Cookson, the girl-on-girl action only the beginning of the tantalising drama viewers can expect.

The award-winning actress plays the role of a therapist Jean Holloway, who starts to become personally involved with her clients, as she blurs ethical lines and taps into female sexual desire.

Meanwhile Sophie's character is Sydney, the ex-girlfriend of one of Jean's clients Sam, and their raunchy embrace is only the start of what lands Jean into hot water.

“Before she knows it, she’s creating another identity, and it feels like a cautionary tale. We can all live with our fantasies, but she’s acting on them… that’s a hard thing to live with when the lies get bigger and deeper,” Naomi recently told Entertainment Weekly about her steamy new role.

"I’m doing all the work for you. You can watch at home in your bed, in the safety and comfort of your normal life, and I’m living out this fantasy we’ve all possibly tapped into at one point or another, which is like, yeah, let me have this secret life."

Starring alongside Naomi and Sophie are Billy Crudup, Michael Halloway, Lucy Boynton and Karl Glusman.
