Tim and Anna to star in their own show?

They fell for each other on The Bachelor four years ago and the first couple from the series recently became engaged.

It seems Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich will be returning to their reality TV roots with their own Foxtel series, NW has reported.

Rumours of the new show emerged after the couple attended a Foxtel event in Sydney last week.

Insiders told the publication that the show is set to follow the style of Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey’s reality series Newlyweds which ran from 2003 to 2005.

The first season would apparently follow the couple planning their wedding with the finale celebrating their big day.

“They’re already talking about Season Two if the first goes well,” a source told the magazine.

Taking to Instagram last month, Tim shared a snap of the pair, along with a caption reading: "LOVE made me do it! On the weekend... in a little dinghy... floating on a secluded river...I asked this amazing woman to marry me... she said YES!!! Woohoo!! #ENGAGED".

In the photo, Anna can be seen showing off her dazzling engagement ring.

Tim, 34, and Anna, 30, found love during Australia's first season of The Bachelor back in 2013.

After celebrating their three-year anniversary last year, fans have been hoping Tim would get down on one knee and pop the big question sooner rather than later.

However, fans may have a long-anticipated wait for the rumoured series and the pairs nuptials as Tim recently told The Daily Telegraph they are in no hurry to tie the knot.
