LOTR actor Andy Serkis 'addicted to sex'

Lord Of The Rings actor Andy Serkis has candidly admitted he has more than an active sex life, revealing he and his wife still get down and dirty “four or five times” a day.

The 53-year-old, who played Gollum in the film adaptation of the fantasy saga even confessed he and his wife of 15 years Lorraine Ashbourne are so busy between the sheets that he forgets to shower!

While chatting to the Guardian’s Weekend magazine, Andy added his "most unappealing habit" is "not showering every day, because I don’t have the time."

Erm, how delightful...? TMI Andy. TMI.

Andy and Lorraine first met 27 years ago when they cast in a play together and wed in 2002...nd there's clearly no lack of passion in their marriage!

They have three children together, who are no doubt cringing over their dad's revelations as we sepak.

When asked how he "would like to be remembered" by the mag, the English actor took aim at his Lord of the Rings character saying: "Preferably not as the guy who played Gollum."

We don't think that's what you'll be remembered for now Andy!
