George and Amal 'planning to renew vows'

They wed in a romantic Italian ceremony back in 2014 and now George and Amal Clooney are planning to do it all again!

After welcoming twins Ella and Alexander last month, new reports claim that the couple want to say 'I do' once again in a very special ceremony with their newborns.

"Amal and George are even planning a welcome party for the twins on their third wedding anniversary, when they will also be renewing their vows in front of close family and friends," a source told UK magazine Closer.

Who doesn't love a second wedding?!

The 56-year-old actor and his human rights lawyer wife married Venice, Italy back in late September 2014 in front of family and a few famous friends!

George's good pal Matt Damon and wife Luciana attended the star-studded event, with John Krasinski, Emily Blunt, Anna Wintour, Bono, Cindy Crawford and hubby Rande Gerbe also invited to the nuptials.

The insider also told the mag that becoming a mother has changed Amal's perspective, with the 39-year-old ready to cut back on high-profile cases to spend more time with her new family.

"Amal's had a change of heart about being a working mum. She's made a vow to George that she'll take an extended leave of maternity, plus pull out of dangerous cases and take on lower-profile work for a while. She wants to be home as much as possible for the babies," they added.

George and Amal have been based in the UK since the twin's birth, with the couple yet to release any snaps of the bubs.

However George's close pal and business partner Rande Gerber recently spilled the beans, revealing he and supermodel wife Cindy have met the Clooney twins!

"I did see the babies, Cindy and I went to London and went to the house and spent some time with them," the American businessman told ET last month.

"The kids are the perfect mix of George and Amal. I mean, they really are so cute!"
