Lauren Conrad welcomes baby boy

Lauren Conrad has just announced the arrival of her beautiful baby boy on Wednesday afternoon in Los Angeles.

“We are thrilled to share that we welcomed our son Liam James Tell into our family,” the couple confirmed exclusively to PEOPLE.

Liam was born weighing six Ibs and 14 oz (just over three kilograms), and the couple revealed “Mom, Dad and baby are doing well. We’re already in love!”

It comes after the reality star celebrated her baby shower in May showing off her growing baby bump and sharing snaps with friends to her Instagram.

"So lucky to have these wonderful ladies in my life! They spoiled me with a beautiful shower today," Lauren captioned the poolside group photo on Instagram.

The 31-year-old, who announced in January that she and husband William Tell were expecting their first baby, was seen in a flowing blue and white stripped dress and looking like she's just about ready to pop!

The former reality-star-turned-fashion-designer also shared a snap of her delicious-looking baby shower cake, that featured white icing and was decorated with delicate daisies and berries.

And it seems Lauren isn't the only one in her friendship group with a baby, with the beauty goofing around with two of her other pregnant friends for some silly photos.

Lauren isn't the only Hills alumni that's expecting, with frenemy Heidi Pratt and villain husband Spencer announcing earlier this year they were also expecting their first baby.

Whitney Port is also pregnant with her first bub, while Audrina Patridge welcomed her first baby with hubby Corey Bohan last June.

It seems there's definitely something in the water in The Hills!
