Abby Lee Miller caught partying while ‘injured’

The Dance Moms star sentence was delayed last month due to a reported medical condition and it seems Abby Lee Miller has taken the opportunity to “paint the town” now she has two extra weeks of freedom.

The reality star posted on Instagram a photo of her and a friend who was celebrating his 21st birthday.

Deadline previously reported that her impending prison sentence was delayed because of “health issues” and the 50-year-old posted pictures of her apparently injured knee.

Abby posted some snaps and videos to her Instagram account last week showing an x-ray of her knee.

She either made a very rapid recovery or fought through the pain to celebrate because it didn’t stop her having a wild night of fun with friends.

The star appeared to be at a crowded pool party having a whale of a time.

It comes after Abby was sentenced to one year and one day in jail for bankruptcy fraud and for bringing $120,000 worth of Australian currency into the United States undeclared after visiting Down Under for dance instruction trips.

Abby pleaded guilty to both cases last year, and was ordered to pay a whopping $54,000 and spend two years on probation after being released.

At least she’s living up her final two weeks of freedom for the next year, despite the injury!
