Blac Chyna granted restraining order against Rob Kardashian

A court has granted Blac Chyna a temporary restraining order against ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian as she pursues legal action following his bizarre online meltdown last week where he posted "revenge porn".

Accompanied by her attorneys Lisa Bloom and Walter Mosley, the 29-year-old appeared in a Los Angeles court where she told the judge she was "terrified" of the reality star.

According to court documents Chyna's terror is a result of an incident that occurred between the former couple, where Rob allegedly pulled a gun and threated to kill himself earlier this year, DailyMail reports.

The restraining order is effective until August and bars Rob from physically coming near Chyna or posting about her online, however the former couple will maintain joint custody of their eight-month-old daughter Dream Kardashian.

While Rob did not appear in court, he was represented by his lawyer Robert Shapiro.

Chyna addressed reporters outside of court, saying the order was for the protection of her daughter.

"This was a restraining order to protect Dream and I'm just gonna get back to co-parenting Dream," the model said.

Last week 30-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashian's star took to Instagram and Twitter sharing a series of bizarre posts where he accused Chyna of being unfaithful and abusing drugs and alcohol while in the same house as their daughter.

He then posted a series of explict photos of Chyna on Instagram before his account was shut down.

Chyna's lawyer Bloom also told reporters outside of court the restraining order was a "total victory" as they proceed to make Rob accountable for his actions.

"I am please to announce that in court this morning we had a complete and total victory, the judge gave us everything we asked for which is a set of very strong and enforceable restraining orders against Rob Kardashian restraining him from coming near her and restraining him from cyberbullying, restraining him posting anything about her online of a personal nature including photos and videos," she said.

"As we have said all along revenge porn is a form of domestic abuse, it is also a crime in California and 38 other states and it is a civil wrong."

Meanwhile Rob's attorney Shapiro, who famously worked alongside his late father during OJ Simpson's trial in 1995, said the father-of-one "regrets" his actions and wants the "best interests" of Dream as he "moves forward".

"We had a brief appearance in court, we agreed to stipulate to the temporary restraining order and all the conditions... our primary concern going forward is the health and welfare of the baby and we are going to work towards that goal. I personally on behalf of Rob Kardashian apologized and offered our regrets on what has taken place in the last couple of days," he told reporters.

In her first interview since the ordeal, Chyna accused Rob of physical abuse back in April, telling American network ABC that no one from the famous reality family have reached out to her following Rob's actions last week.

"I was devastated, of course. I'm like, how could somebody post these pictures of me? And this is a person that I trusted," Chyna told Good Morning America reporter Linsey Davis about Rob's posting of the nude photos.

When questioned about why she sent Rob a video of herself kissing another man in bed, Chyna said she had hoped it would motivate him to leave her alone.

"You know, I've been broken up with Rob since December, and it's like if somebody keeps poking at you and poking at you and poking at you and keep poking at you, you're eventually going to pop. And so I was just like maybe if I send this video to him, then he'll just leave me alone."
