Sam Frost posts series of mysterious love poems on Instagram

It seems Sam Frost was in a reflective mood about love on Saturday night after she posted a series of poems about betrayal and moving on her Instagram Story.

The Bachelorette star who found love with Sasha Mielczarek on the show back in 2015 but the pair split at the end of last year after 18 months together.

The first image the 28-year-old posted read: “He told her she simply cannot fly. Until one day, she spread her wings as she falls from the tree. She smiles through her tears as she sets herself free.”

Hinting at anyone in particular there, Sam? Could that be a subtle message from the star “spreading her wings” from ex-boyfriend Sasha?

The second poem posted, by US author Brené Brown, was about betrayal and how you can love “someone who may or may not love us back” and could “leave without a moment’s notice”.

Is this the star hinting that Sasha was the one to end things in a “moment’s notice”? We’re just trying to read between the lines!

The final screenshot of a poem she posted just said: “She was brave enough to love again.”

Now this one points straight to her rumoured new beau Dave Bashford as sources have previously told NW the couple “can’t stand to be apart”.

She has previously denied she was in a relationship, but rumours about the pair have been swirling for months.

Woman’s Day reported that Sam and Dave were on a "low-key date" in Bondi back in May.

It is apparently not the only date the pair have enjoyed.

A source told the publication that Sam and Dave were also spotted on a date at a restaurant in Double Bay back in February.

Sam was reportedly introduced to Dave in October through mutual friends and has been linked to him since January, but denied the new relationship.
