There is mounting speculation Linkin Park singer Chester Bennington will be buried beside his good friend Chris Cornell at Hollywood Forever Cemetary.
RadarOnline claims the plot next to Chris is available and may be taken by Linkin Park frontman Chester following his tragic suicide last week.
Chester's body was found in his California home on Thursday with the coroner ruling his death a suicide.
In a sad twist of fate Chester's death occured on the same day as the birthday of his good friend Chris, who also died of an apparent suicide earlier this year.
Chester had been good friends with Chris and even sang at his funeral.
According to Linkin Park's co-founder Mike Shinoda, Chester was hit incredibly hard by Chris' death and couldn't even keep his composure during a recent soundcheck for a performance of their song 'One More Light', because it's about the loss of a friend.
"Chester couldn't even make it through the song. He was getting halfway through and getting choked up," Mike told Radio.com.
Chester also wrote a heart-breaking letter to Chris shortly after his death in which he said he "couldn't imagine" living in a world without the singer.
Chester struggled with drug and alcohol addiction and had previously talked about suicide as a result of childhood abuse. He leaves behind six children from two marriages.
