Sam Frost takes swipe at ex Sasha

Former Bachelorette Sam Frost has made it public that she is officially off the market.

The reality star took to her Instagram account to share the happy news on Sunday with a snap of herself with new beau Dave Bashford captioning it, “Heart you @dave_bash."

And now the bubbly blonde has spoken to WHO about her new flame - and opened up on her ex-boyfriend Sasha Mielczarek, who she split with in December.

The 28-year-old revealed to the outlet that she hasn’t spoken to her former partner since they broke up.

“There is a very good reason why I don't speak to [Sasha]. He knows why and I know why and I want to keep it between us,” she told the publication.

But Sam gushed that her new romance with milatry man Dave is “the most easy and effortless relationship.”

“It's nice. Dave has been a friend of mine for quite a few years; since before all of this."
