Roxy thought marriage to Oliver was over
She kept coy on the status of her marriage while her husband was in jail and while they recently announced their second "engagement", Roxy Jacenko wasn't sure the union would last.
With the PR maven's husband Oliver Curtis recently being released after spending 12 months behind bars, Roxy has candidly admitted she "didn't think there was any hope" for the couple once he returned home.
"The reality is I didn't know whether we'd stay together, that's the truth. I really didn't think we would. I didn't think there was any hope," the 37-year-old told Daily Mail Australia.
However, despite the hardships of the last year, the Sweaty Betty founder admitted Oliver's stint at Cooma Correctional Centre has made him a more "grounded" person.
"He's probably more grounded now. He is from a very privileged upbringing so being in that environment, you sort of take stock of what you've got and how lucky you are and you don't take anything for granted," she added.
The mother-of-two also told DMA about the positive impact Oliver's return has had on their two children, five-year-old daughter Pixie and three-year-old son Hunter.

"It's been amazing for the children, it's like the children have transformed into different little people. It's very nice for them."
Roxy took to Instagram last month to announce Oliver had popped the question once again, hinting that a big second wedding may be in the works!
The couple first married in 2012. Last June Oliver was sentenced to jail after being convicted for insider trading.
