The lawsuit, which was apparently filed on Tuesday, include statements which describe the rapper's behaviour as "strained confused and erratic".

The papers also allegedly reveal Kanye’s marijuana use and claim the insurance company is trying to find “some contrived excuse not to pay.”

However, TMZ reported at the time that Kanye's issues went “deeper" and suggested he was in such a "bad mental state" that an insurance policy for the 21 cancelled concert dates is likely to cover him for illness.

Now, the company is allegedly refusing to cover the damages which has resulted in the current lawsuit.
