Jon Snow v Daenerys: 'It's a nightmare'

SPOLIER ALERT: If you have not seen the most recent episode of Game of Thrones season seven then do not read any further... Unless you want to know what happens. In that case, go ahead!

It was the highly-anticipated meeting and now Kit Harington has spilled the beans on what Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen's first encounter means for Game of Thrones. Watch the video above.

After the King of the North made his way down south to meet with the Mother of Dragons, the 30-year-old actor joked Westeros is a "nightmare" for poor ol' Jon, who's just trying to get some Dragonglass as he prepares for a battle with the White Walkers.

"Daenerys arrival into Westeros does change the game somewhat. I think everyone has been expecting it for a little while now, including the characters in Game of Thrones. I think everyone is watching to see what happens really," Kit told EW.

"How it'll affect Jon we don't know. Is this person going to be an ally? Is this person going to be enemy? That's part of the power play at the start and that's a really interesting part of the start of the season. She does arrive and everyone has to pay attention to her."

Reflecting on the possible battles the North and pals, and non-pals, are up for, Kit confessed Westeros is just one old big mess and he feel as though Jon would just prefer to stay at home in Winterfell to Netflix and chill.

"So now he’s got this guy up north," he joked referring to the White Walkers' Night's King, "and that chick down south, some other evil chick down south, I mean it’s all a nightmare."

"Jon just wants a box set and, like, his family, and a cup of mead!"
