The documents reveal the Underbelly star was stopped by Victorian police after his registration showed his license had been suspended for six months earlier this year on February 24.

It is alleged that tests done by police at the time he was pulled over recorded a positive result for methylamphetamine in his saliva.

Vince's case was heard in Melbourne Magistrates' court this week, however he did not appear. It was adjourned and will return to court in November.
