It seems Angelina Jolie is ready to move on from Brad Pitt, but is the actress "auditioning" for a new man?

While the 42-year-old tries to improve her popularity following her shock split from Brad last September, sources tell New Idea Ange's team have "approached" a number of Hollywood heart-throbs in the hope they'll be her new leading man!

"She wants to distract people with a hot new romance and she's hunting for the perfect guy," the insider tells the publication.

"She wants to be the most popular star in Hollywood again and won't stop until it hapens."

The mother-of-six's decision to do a tell-all interview with Vanity Fair last month was met with mixed reactions, with the source adding the profile only increased support for her ex, while Ange received backlash over comments made about the casting process for her new film.

So who is on Ange's list of potential boyfriends? Well a whole heap of Hollywood hotties!

The Dark Tower star Idris Elba is said to be a "prime candidate" for Angelina, with the 44-year-old also married twice before, meanwhile Ange's The Tourist co-star Johnny Depp is also on the list, despite his "baggage" and messy split from ex-wife Amber Heard, the insider tells New Idea that their relationship could be mutually beneficial for their PR image.

Former fling Jared Leto also might have a chance to rekindle the flame with the star, while Ange reportedly also has eyes for our very own Russell Crowe!

"Everyone loves Russell, which is why Ange is so keen on him," the source revealed.
