Jesinta's killer runway prep

She showed off her bangin' bod once again on the runway at the David Jones show, but Jesinta Franklin has revealed she doesn’t roll out of bed looking like a model!

Sitting down with Be ahead of the brand's spring/summer show, the 25-year-old said she takes a lot of pride in the effort she puts in to her preparation, joking that it even rivals husband Lance 'Buddy' Franklin’s AFL pre-season prep!

“I really put a lot of effort into it and I’m not the kind of model who can roll out of bed and just look good automatically and I’m not afraid to share that effort I put in,” Jesinta told Be.

“Some girls are like ‘I drink lots of water and go for a walk’ and it’s like ‘No you don’t!’ But I really do up the anti and I do love it. I’m really sporty and athletic so it’s an enjoyable process for me.”

Never one to shy away from a gym-session social media snap, Jesinta revealed prepping for this year’s runway involved upping her boxing sessions, as well as finding new ways to get in runway-ready shape!

“I definitely boxed a lot more and started Muay Thai which was amazing. I found a Mauy Thai coach and I’ve been doing a lot that which was fun.

“I got to train with a world champion boxer in Melbourne for a little while and I do strength and conditioning with Dan, who works out of 98 Riley St Gym. So I had three people on my team and that’s enough to keep me in check.”
