Richie sells love nest after Alex split

After his split from his girlfriend Alex Nation, it seems as though Richie Strahan is looking to start completely fresh as he has put his Perth home up for sale.

Richie’s Perth home was spotted with a big “for sale” sign outside and was advertised as a “Family Home or your very own BACHELOR Pad!”

That advertising would probably sting as the news of his split from Alex, whom he found love with on last year’s Bachelor, is still fresh.

However, according to Woman’s Day have reported that Richie may be pulling a Blake Garvey on us, but to be fair he was the one have his heart broken first!

The former Bachelor has now apparently got his sights set on runner-up Nikki Gogan who has been spotted out and about in Perth recently..

A source told the publication: “Richie has found solace in Nikki.”

So far he has refused to address the split or rumours that Alex has moved on with a woman but there was apparently a cryptic quote hanging in his bathroom of his home that is for sale.

According to the Daily Mail Australia the handwritten sign read: "Cinderella is proof that a new pair of shoes can change your life."

His four-bedroom home was put up for sale last week and the 32-year-old told Domain that he was going to miss living near the Perth beaches.

“We are so spoiled over here it’s crazy. I’m hoping my new location isn’t as cold as I’m being told it will,” he told the outlet.

Where exactly will that be? He did not confirm that.

We wonder if he’ll take the plunge moving to Melbourne despite his split from Alex.

After months of speculation, Alex opened up about her life confirming that she and Richie had broken up and that she had actually fallen into the arms of a woman.

New Idea reports the mother-of-one has found love with Maegan Luxa, a 31-year-old chef from Melbourne.

One of Alex's best friends reportedly told the publication: "Alex has found love in the arms of a woman".
