Tiffany Scanlon offers advice to Alex Nation

Former Bachie contestants Tiffany Scanlon and Megan Marx sent fans into a frenzy last year after they confirmed they had found love with each other rather than The Bachelor himself Richie Strahan.

Well, Richie’s Bachie season seems to have coined a somewhat trend after it was confirmed this week that his ex-girlfriend Alex Nation is now dating a woman.

Unfortunately, Tiffany's relationship with Megan was not one to last but that has not stopped the 30-year-old from offering her own words of wisdom to Alex.

Speaking to Fairfax Media, Tiffany said: “My main advice to Alex would be to keep her private life private while she navigates a new relationship, whether that be with a man or a woman".

“After my experience dating a woman in the public spotlight, Alex would have to be completely insane to do it for publicity,” she added.

The former Bachie star also reflected on her own relationship saying: “My relationship ended and I suffered a meltdown because of the public pressure navigating something so confusing and personal".

Megan confirmed back in March on Instagram that she and Tiffany had split up.

The Western Australia-based beauties first met earlier last year on The Bachelor while vying for the heart of Richie Strahan.

The reality stars then went public with their romance after playing coy about their relationship status for months.

In June they admitted their friendship blossomed into something more but they unfortunately broke up in March.

Now, after months of speculation, the winner of last year’s Bachelor, Alex, has finally opened up about her life admitting that she and Richie have broken up and that she's fallen into the arms of a woman.

New Idea reported that the mother-of-one has found love with Maegan Luxa, a 31-year-old chef from Melbourne.

One of Alex's best friends reportedly told the publication: "Alex has found love in the arms of a woman".
