Awkward moment when publicist interrupts Fifth Harmony interview

Fifth Harmony broke headlines last year after Camila Cabello left the band which has now resulted in a public feud between the current members and their former bandmate.

So you would expect the band to get some questions surrounding that supposed feud. It kind of comes with the territory right?

Well, that would actually be an affirmative no.

In a recent interview with Dan Wootton from The Sun things got very awkward, very quickly. Take a listen above.

When he came out with the question, “Do you think though that one day you guys will be able to be friends again?” that is when things turned sour.

“Like, what is this?” one of the girls asks letting out a sarcastic laugh.

She then continues saying: “We want to talk about our new music, we don’t want to be shady.”

And that’s when the publicist chimes in and things go to a whole new level of awkwardness with a lot of uncomfortable pauses.

“I’ve got them for five more minutes, so we’ve got to talk about music,” the publicist says.

The interviewer then replies: “Is there a problem?”

One of the members says: “No we just have better things to talk about.”

At the same time the publicist also says: “No, there’s not a problem but they just addressed it and we have five minutes left…”

Sounds like to us there clearly was a problem and the subject of Camila Cabello is one that should not be touched.

Things didn’t end with the cringe-worthy interview, Dan tweeted on Thursday saying the girls had turned into “total divas”. MAJOR BURN!

Lauren Jauregui from the band then responded throwing shade right back at the reporter.

And then he dug deep and threw back the biggest slap in the face to the band saying he could “see why Camila couldn’t wait to leave”. O-M-G.
