Roxy and Oliver's 'divorce' plans
She's now engaged to husband Oliver Curtis for the second time after his release from prison following a year-long stint behind bars.
But PR queen Roxy Jacenko admits the couple were actually close to splitting before their reunion in June.
"I was headed for divorce," the 37-year-old tells The Wentworth Courier.
She said the pair's reconciliation "was not something I thought would happen at all - I was headed for divorce and stood very firm on that".
"But then you step back and realise this person actually has my back and doesn't simply pretend to, no matter what anyone else thinks - he is there," she adds.
Oliver was convicted of insider trading in 2016 and was serving out his sentence in Cooma Correctional Centre, 5 hours from their Bondi home.
Throughout the 12 months he served behind bars, Roxy appeared to go on without him, maintaining a normal life with their two kids, Pixie and Hunter, and being snapped with other men - including her multi-millionnaire ex Nabil.
“I’d spoken to a lawyer about divorce, and he knew that,” the mum-of-two told told News.com.au earlier this month.
“I told him I wasn’t sure what was going to happen in the future ... it was without question the worst 12 months of my life.”
Since Oliver's return, their rocky marriage however appears to have become stronger, with the pair recently getting engaged to be married for the second time.
