Rusty's lonely Father's Day
He generally steers clear when it comes to speaking about his family life, but Russell Crowe has admitted he'll be spending Father's Day alone.
With Aussie's set to celebrate their dad's this coming weekend, the 53-year-old actor said he'll be spending the day with his dog, with his two sons Charles, 13, and Tennyson, 11, "busy" with other commitments. Russell shares his two kids with ex-wife Danielle Spencer.
"My children are busy this weekend," Rusty told Nova radio's breakfast duo Fitzy and Wippa.
Surprised by the revelation, Ryan 'Fitzy' Fitzgerald pressed for answers asking, "What, they haven't planned anything for you?", however Rusty remained coy.
"My children are busy this weekend, so it will just be me and the dog. Such is life," he added.
Russell, bases himself at his farm near the Northern NSW coastal town of Coffs Harbour, while Charles and Tennyson live with their mum in Sydney.

At least the actor will be in good company on Father's Day after he recently shared an adorable snap of his new pup, a Cattle Dog, called QueBlue.
Earlier this year, Russell was joined by his two kids on the red carpet at the Sydney premiere of The Mummy.
We hope you still have a lovely day Rusty!
