'Game of Thrones' star calls out fan for lying on Instagram

Game of Thrones star ALfie Allen has called out a fan who lied about him on Instagram.

The 30-year-old is known for playing Theon Greyjoy who was infamously castrated on the HBO hit show.

The photo in question was taken by 17-year-old Olivia Bowes, who spotted the star in a UK department store, and claims she asked for a selfie with him.

She captioned the photo: “Unlike Theon I grew some balls and asked for a photo”.

OUCH.

But it wasn’t long before Alfie caught wind of the very public burn and decided to set the record straight.

He commented: “Actually your Mum asked for you.”

The teen decided to see the funny side to the whole thing and replied: “Shhh then my caption doesn’t work as well.”

But it was too late, fans had already caught whiff of Alfie’s clapback and they were quick to praise him for it.

“Omg THIS IS EPIC,” commented one, while another added: “I felt that burn from the end of the earth and came here to witness this wonder.”

Others joked the comment was “savage” and said he was a “legend”.
