Sex tape twist in Mel B divorce

As Mel B faces estranged husband Stephen Belafonte in court to hash our their increasingly bitter divorce, there's been a new twist in the claims.

New reports say an X-rated video, allegedly filmed by the 42-year-old former Spice Girl, shows her husband engaged in a sex act with another woman.

The new evidence will reportedly be used to suggest Mel was a willing participant in threesomes with Stephen.

According to The Mirror, the description for the item of evidence reads: "Video clip, date currently unknown (Petitioner filming sex between Respondent and female)."

Court papers record the Petitioner in the case as Mel B, and the Respondent is Stephen.

In previously submitted court documents, the former Spice Girl claimed her husband of a decade forced her to "participate in sexual intercourse with him and random women," reports the Daily Mail.

Mel B also claimed in court papers seen by the Daily Mail that she was "coerced into trysts" which were secretly recorded by Stephen, which he later used to blackmail her and allegedly threatened to release if "she tried to resist the threesomes".

The identity of the woman in the video submitted to the court is unknown, however the former couple have previously admitted to having threesomes with nanny of their children Lorraine Gilles.
