Tiffiny Hall welcomes baby boy

Celebrity trainer Tiffiny Hall has welcomed her first baby, a little boy, with comedian husband Ed Kavalee.

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, the 33-year-old The Biggest Loser star share a photo of her newborn son, revealing his name is Arnold.

"Welcome Arnold Martin Kavalee," she captioned the sweet snap.

While she's shared a photo of her bub on social media, don't expect Tiffiny to be doing a post-baby photo shoot with a glossy magazine like some other TV stars have done.

Speaking to Be last month, the founder successful TIFFXO fitness program said she feels no pressure to bounce back to her pre-pregnancy figure, explaining, “I’m more worried about being a first time parent than I am about my six pack”.

“I think gosh, if you’re having a baby to have a bounce-back cover story or to use the baby for publicity, or anything like that, you’ve got to look at yourself,” said Tiff.

“That’s not what it’s about and this is a little blessing and it’s just about Ed and I and I think we’ve got to be realistic there.”

She admitted she'd already been approached by media outlets, keen to book her in for a shoot as early as “four or six weeks”.

“I think, ‘come on guys… that is not a healthy message for women out there’ and I’ve just said no,” she revealed.

Tiff also said she won’t be returning to the gym until at least eight weeks after giving birth, as advised by her obstetrician.

“I know there’ll be two months where I won’t be doing anything but recovering,” she said.
