Audrina Patridge files for divorce

Audrina Patridge has ended her marriage to Australian BMX rider Corey Bohan and has taken out a restraining order against him, claiming he was violent towards her in front of their baby daughter.

The Hills star, who married Corey in November 2016, filed documents on September 18 saying she needed to end the relationship for the sake of their one-year-old daughter Kirra Max and recounted the August 16 incident that left her shaken.

"Around 9:30 a.m., [Corey] was being very aggressive with me, arguing, following me into every single room of the house, repeating himself, getting really close to me as his temper escalated, all because I refused to tell him which person told me that he cheated on me with another woman," the 32-year-old stated in the police declaration, which was obtained by People.

"I became frightened and said I would talk to him but he needed to let me take our daughter to my grandma’s house or my parents’ house so she wasn’t in the cross-fire.

"He wasn’t listening and kept following me, cussing, yelling at me. I had Kirra in my arms, trying to leave. [Corey] locked the door and pushed me back with her in my arms. I begged him to please let me go and take Kirra somewhere else, I didn’t want her around all this."

Audrina continues, recounting a particularly concerning moment with her husband that left her "screaming" and "frightened", saying she tried to protect her daughter by covering "Kirra’s eyes and ears, but she started crying and screaming."

"[Corey] then let me pass, and ran downstairs in front of me and grabbed a big metal canister, saying if I left right now he was going to bash his head in with the canister tight in front of us—or better yet he would do it in the street so everyone could hear that it was all my fault."

The reality star then said she was able to get herself and their daughter out of the house and went to her parent's home, where she "texted Corey the phone number for the suicide prevention hotline" and "told him he needs professional help".

Audrina adds that despite agreeing to dinner at their family home on August 22 to try "make things better", the former couple got into another fight after Corey admitted to going through her personal belongings hoping to find "anything he could to hang" over Audrina.

After police were called to their home on September 6, Audrina added she is "fearful of [Corey’s] temper because he cannot control his swearing and personal attacks on me, even when in the presence of our young daughter."

Adding she is concerned Corey will take and Kirra to Australia, Audrina was granted the restraining order with People reporting the father-of-one is required to "stay 100 ft. away from her and Kirra and their Yorkie, Lady", with Corey also granted supervised visits with Kirra three days a week.
