Jasmine breaks her silence on Karl

It’s the relationship that’s captivated the entire nation.

Now, Jasmine Yarbrough is finally breaking her silence on what it’s like to date one of the most famous men in Australia – Karl Stefanovic.

The pair met in December last year just three months after Karl ended his 21-year marriage to Cassandra Thorburn. Karl and Cassandra share three children together; Jackson, 17, Ava, 12 and 11-year-old River.

Since that time they’ve been hot property, with photographers following their every move.

It’s a lifestyle that Jasmine confesses she wasn’t ready for.

“I don’t think anyone expects this or prepares to have this much attention, it’s been very hard,” the 33-year-old told the Daily Telegraph.

Her comments about their relationship mirror ones Karl made during an interview with Stellar Magazine earlier this year.

He told the publication: “certainly did not expect to meet someone five months after I broke up with my wife. That was not planned.”

Karl continued: 'It was unexpected and lovely, but we're going to keep a level of privacy to how we're going and what we're planning, especially considering I have three beautiful children who need to be taken into consideration.'

Recently the pair have become a little more relaxed about their relationship and have been photographed attending a number of public events including the David Jones Spring/Summer Fashion Launch last month.
