What the Brownlow no-show WAGs did instead
It may have been AFL's night of nights, but three of the biggest WAGs in the league didn't make it to the Brownlow Medal Awards in Melbourne on Monday night.
Jesinta Franklin, Rebecca Judd and Nadia Bartel, the wives of Lance 'Buddy' Franklin, Chris Judd and Jimmy Bartel respectively, ditched the glamorous red carpet, but what were they doing instead?
Former Miss Universe Australia Jesinta still seemed to be in the Brownlow spirit, taking to Instagram with a video captioned, "'Big event tonight...".
The clips posted on her Instagram story showed a delicious spread of nibbles and some wine, and she was joined by celebrity makeup artist Michael Brown, who she referred to as "The Michael BROWNLOW" on the night.
Meanwhile Rebecca couldn't make it to the big awards night due to filming commitments for Postcards in Tasmania.
On the day of the event, she shared some Instagram stories showing her working out, and spending time with her children.
As for Nadia, the fashionista had already confirmed she and Jimmy wouldn't be able to make it, and on the day of the awards, shared an Instagram story snap of her favourite lipstick shade.
While these stunners couldn't make it, there were other WAGs in attendance at the Brownlow Medal Awards on Monday, including Jessie Murphy and Sarah Roughead.
