Jordin's secret message during NFL performance

When Jordin Spark took to the stage on Monday night to perform the national anthem during the Cardinals versus Cowboys NFL game in Arizona, it was not just her angelic voice that people paid attention to.

Fans were quick to notice that the 27-year-old singer had a special message scrawled across her left hand, clearly visible as she clutched onto the microphone.

The former American Idol winner had "PROV. 31: 8-9" written, referring to the biblical verse which reads, "Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy".
