Julia's son shares touching message
Television star Julia Louis-Dreyfus' son Henry says he appreciated the immense support his mother has received following the announcement of her breast cancer diagnosis this week.
Taking to Twitter, Henry shared a throwback photo of him and Julia, along with the caption: "I couldn't be more thankful for the outpouring of support for my mom yesterday. Here's a picture of us taken last year. Love to you all".
Julia, 56, retweeted the post, along with her own message reading: "I'm thankful, too. And also thankful for my dear boy with good manners".

Other celebrities and fans alike have also taken to social media to send the Veep star their well wishes, urging her to stay strong during her impending battle.

The overwhelming sentiment appeared to be one of hope, with many fans announcing that if anyone in Hollywood could beat cancer it was Julia.
Former First Lady Hillary Clinton led the celebrity well-wishes, tweeting to the actress and letting her know that she was "in her thoughts":

A spokesperson for HBO told the Hollywood Reporter that the actress “received her diagnosis the day after the Emmys”.
