Harvey Weinstein hides out in luxury resort
Things appear to be getting a bit much for disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein.
Not long after being filmed ranting about his wellbeing, the film producer is reported to have jetted off to a luxury resort in Arizona for some 'time-out.'
According to TMZ Weinstein, 65, checked into the Phoenician Resort in Arizona last night, to enjoy some downtime before he enters rehab.
The plush hotel - which bills itself as a 'premiere destination' - has recently been renovated and boasts a pool complex, its own golf range, award winning spa and eight fine dining restaurants.
The resort's Presidential Suite, which costs up to $5,000 USD's per night, is currently unavailable.
His getaway comes after he was spotted outside his daughter's home where he told waiting photographer's he was 'not doing okay.'
The film producer's life has taken a downward spiral since a The New York Times published explosive claims that the Hollywood big wig had been abusing his position of power for three decades, assaulting women and even paying some of them off to keep quiet.
Since then, dozens of other women have come forward claiming Weinstein assaulted them too, including some of the world's most famous female actresses.
As a result, the FBI are now poised to investigate the alleged serial sex offender as well as the police, who have apparently already begun looking into three rape claims.
Among the dozens women who have spoken out about alleged incidents has now grown to include Kate Beckinsale and Cara Delevingne, as well as Angelina Jolie, Gwyneth Paltrow and Heather Graham.
Weinstein's wife of ten years, Georgina Chapman, has left the suspected serial sex offender amid the biggest scandal to have hit Hollywood in years.
