Bachelorette's Stu Laundy strips down

Stu Laundy has shared a sneak peek of what Sophie Monk would be getting if she's to choose him as her winning man on The Bachelorette.

The 44-year-old Sydney-based publican was spotted shirtless by a pool during a recent trip to the Gold Coast earlier this month.

With just a black towel wrapped around his waist, Stu appeared rather relaxed as he made the most of the great outdoors at the Palazzo Versace pool in Sophie's hometown.

Stu is one of three final men left with a chance to win the heart of the former Bardot pop singer.

He is up against 24-year-old magician Apollo Jackson (real name Jake Spence) and 31-year-old vineyard manager Jarrod Woodgate.

In a recent interview, Stu opened up about some of his personal struggles following his split from wife Rachel back in 2013.

"It was this vicious cycle I was in for two years," he told Daily Mail Australia.

"My biggest regret was I didn't say no. I just didn't say no to drinking, to having a big night."

The Bachelorette airs on Wednesday and Thursday at 7:30pm on Channel Ten.
