Sam Frost's Halloween revenge on ex Blake Garvey

Sam Frost has taken the ultimate dig at ex Blake Garvey, who famously dumped her back in 2014, just days after proposing to her on The Bachelor finale.

Taking to Instagram on Friday night, the Home and Away star revealed she was "reliving my nightmare", posing with a rose for a Halloween party.

"Reliving my nightmare.. getting engaged for 12.3 seconds on national TV Lelelelel (sic)," she wrote underneath a post featuring a photo from her stint on The Bachelor, and an image of her at the Halloween party on Friday.

The blonde beauty, who was also Australia's first Bachelorette star in 2015, sported a strapless blue dress for the Halloween bash, which also coincided with birthday celebrations for former Bachelor star Anna Heinrich's sister Andrea's birthday.

Blake Garvey made headlines back in 2014, when he famously dumped Sam, and then chose Louise Pillidge, who had placed third.

Heartbroken Sam went on to become the Bachelorette the following year, and found love with Sasha Mielczarek.

The pair have since split, and Sam is now dating Dave Bashford.
