Playboy model poses naked after admitting GG breasts cause 'pain'

She put on a busty display at the Maxim Halloween party earlier this week, and now playboy model Lindsey Pelas has set hearts racing yet again.

The 26-year-old from Louisiana leaves very little to the imagination in her latest Instagram snap, wearing absolutely nothing for a photo shoot.

The blonde bombshell is seen lying down on the floor, completely naked, in the behind-the-scenes image captured on set.

"Oh $h*t! Working on a little something to be released VERY soon with @martin_depict (sic)," she has captioned the post, which has aleady attracted over 89,000 likes in less than 12 hours.

This comes after Lindsey wore almost next to nothing at the 2017 Maxim Halloween Party held in Los Angeles.

She sported a low-cut bra teamed with matching barely-there briefs, with the complete lingerie package of suspenders and sexy stockings.

Earlier this month she opened up about the struggles of having 30HH (Australian equivalent is 8GG) sized breasts.

She wrote on Instagram: "Doing my best sweet and innocent face when I'm in pain. Haha. It's crazy how being busty can make people see your personality so differently.

"Speaking of busty, also crazy how bad my back hurts right now. Working out with roughly 11 pounds on my chest (yea I got bored one day) is really trying on my back."
