Kerri-Anne Kennerley weighs in on Weinstein scandal
Hollywood has been rocked recently by the Harvey Weinstein sex scandal.
But according to TV queen Kerri-Anne Kennerley, Australia is definitely not free from that sort of behaviour.
Weighing in on the controversial topic on Sunrise, the Logie Hall of Fame winner said these things aren't a surprise.
“It’s not as if it’s new ... that’s why they called it the Hollywood casting couch,” the respected presenter said. “And Australia is not immune to that either.”

Kerri-Anne admits she has an 'addictive personality'
When asked what she had witnessed during her 50 year career in the Aussie entertainment industry, the list was jaw-dropping.
“Sexism, chauvinism, ageism ... and now there are laws against it,” Kerri-Anne, 64, said. “Back then, women just had to deal with it, drew the line in the sand and move forward.”
Her comments come after more than 50 Hollywood professionals accused movie mogul Weinstein of sexual harassment, assault and rape.
